A contract must be signed within 10 days of initial booking in order to keep your vehicles reserved. All payments are conducted online and we take a 5% non-refundable deposit for trips. Note: Full payment must be remitted within 14 days of your trip, otherwise it will be subject to possible cancellation.

Yes, our minimum rental time that you will be charge for is 4 hours.

Drivers food and drinks are covered, however, for overnight trips you do need to reserve lodging for your driver. Drivers require 8 hours of sleep for every 10 hours they drive, and booking everyone at the same hotel will makes pick-ups and drop-offs more streamlined. A small tip: If you let the hotel know you are traveling on a charter bus - they may offer you group discounts or free lodging for drivers. Also note: Driver gratuity is not including in the price, but highly recommended to give to your driver at the end of your trip.
